Refund policy

All orders are final sale, please review listings thoroughly before ordering. Due to the handmade, made to order nature of these items, I do not offer returns or refunds on made to order items unless received broken or damaged. For standard, in-stock orders/items, the item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they arrived. I will make sure that all pottery is packed carefully, labeled fragile to make sure it arrives to you in perfect condition.
