Shipping policy

Canada: Flat rate shipping of $25 within Canada or Free Shipping over $130 CAD. Shipping via Canada Post. Your order will be processed & shipped within 1-4 business days. Please note that I cannot guarantee delivery dates. I typically ship via expedited parcel.

Please note that shipping may change as shipping costs fluctuate. If there is any change in shipping costs I will notify you before shipping your order.

Lost Packages

Please contact Canada Post if you notice anything unusual regarding the delivery of your order tracking. As L.A. Purkis Pottery will not have any additional information from what is available via tracking you must first contact the shipping carrier as they will be able to begin investigation.

Abandoned Packages

Packages that are not picked up from your local post office by the deadline will be sent back to me, once returned to me you will receive a refund that does NOT include initial shipping fee OR any shipping charges paid by L.A.Purkis Pottery as a result of Canada Post returning the package. You will only be refunded the total order value remaining after both shipping fees are deducted.

Local Delivery/Pickup

I will deliver your order to you if you live in Edmonton. Pick-up from my home studio can also be arranged. Please indicate  local pickup as your shipping preference at checkout.
